  Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
  
  - Customs and Duties
  
  The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
  

Returns & Exchanges

01. A simple change of heart due to the nature of fresh food and personal preferences (taste, shape, size, etc.) 

02. Incorrect recipient information (contact information, incorrect delivery address), non-receipt owing to the absence (Customers who cannot receive on Saturday must contact the customer service center or delivery message.)

03. In the event of contamination, damage, or degradation as a result of improper storage or customer negligence

04. If the product is consumed or discarded arbitrarily, even if a flaw is discovered

05. If you return something without informing the vendor, your return will be denied.

06. If the order status is changed to delivery preparation, it is difficult to cancel or alter the address if the order has been shipped, even if the invoice has not been filed.                                                                                                  

If there is an abnormality after receiving the product

01. If there is a problem after receiving the product, take a picture immediately and submit a request to the customer center within 3 days from the date of receipt. We will help you process it quickly. 

02. When sending a photo, please include the orderer's name, contact information, and product status for faster processing.
